Step One:
please call 1-866-638-1001 to speak with our customer service department.
Step Two: If
after speaking with our customer service department your questions or concerns
remain unsolved, please ask to speak with the supervisor.
Step Three: If
your questions or concerns are still not solved to your satisfaction please

After completing
all three steps and you find your concerns or questions are still not
solved to your satisfaction please contact CCTS using the information
listed below.

for Complaints for Telecommunications Services
CCTS is an
agency independent of the telecommunications industry, whose mandate is to
resolve complaints of individual and small business retail customers about
their telecommunications services. If you have a complaint about your services,
including local or long distance telephone service, wireless telephone service,
or Internet service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your
service provider. If you have done so and have been unable to reach a
satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you, free of charge.
